Real Reception: Sam & Eric

Sam and Eric had an incredibly fun wedding reception with so many thoughtful, personal touches! Sam planned the wedding from across the county, which was so easy considering how organized she was. What they really wanted was an amazing party with all of their loved ones included, and that’s exactly what they had! Some of our favorite personal touches were: post cards from their city as their guests table assignments, handwritten notes, special glasses for their parents, rosemary from her house that she flew back with her, and the list goes on and on.

Thank you to all of their vendors who made their reception one heck of a party! Glory from Copperhead Photography sent us these amazing images she captured from their day. Cassie from Marie + Grace Floral Design did a lovely job with all of the gorgeous flowers and tablescapes. Ashley and The Cosmos had the guests dancing all night long. We are honored to have played a small role in their wedding day - thanks for trusting us!

“We cannot thank you enough for all of your help during our wedding planning. The space was so perfect and all of our guests were gushing about the food and ambiance. We had the most perfect day filled with love and laughs; your staff made everything run smoothly and was so perfect. We will make sure to send pictures when we get them back! I’ll be sending more brides your way if anyone asks for recommendations!” - Sam + Eric

2019 Year Review

Copperhead Photography | Marie + Grace Floral Design

Oh, hi again friends! We realize that it has been a few months, so sorry! Our team had some awesome personal milestones the last half of 2019 (babies, weddings, moves, trips, etc.) which made for an even more busy few months. We absolutely love the small team that we have here, when one person is gone it takes a lot for everyone else to cover their tasks. With that being said, some things (like blogging and social media posts) got put on hold while we made sure that the most important tasks were getting done to our standards. But we are back now!

What a year 2019 was! Aside from what we accomplished in our personal lives mentioned above, we had a phenomenal year here at Bread & Chocolate! We had even more weddings than we had in 2018 and were much more busy with corporate weekday events. We worked with some amazing couples, families, vendors, organizations and companies and our hearts were full. We’ve said it before (plenty of times) and we will continue to say it… we are so thankful to work with the best people!

We are looking forward to all that 2020 has to offer! Thank you all for trusting us with your important events. We love what we do and we look forward to serving even more people this year!

Cheers!
